The Newark Valley High School computer lab is located on the second floor of the high school library. The lab is equipped with twenty two networked Dell Optiplex Gx620 flat screen computers and an interactive Smart Board. The computers run Windows XP Professional and house a collection of productivity software including Microsoft Office 2007 and Adobe Master Collection CS4. The lab is used for classroom instruction, to complete homework assignments, research, to explore career options, and to master computer skills. Students work in the lab with their teacher as a class or independently during a free period or study hall.
